When will my order ship?
JockMcDuff.com endeavors to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.

We ship Monday through Friday except holidays via USPS or UPS when you choose the standard delivery option.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.

Once your order has shipped, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation. Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to noon Pacific Standard Time and shipping to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address will arrive as specified below. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. When you register with JockMcDuff.com, you will have the option to create your own address list. This feature allows you to store the names and addresses of people to whom you frequently send gifts. It's easy to add, change or delete information from your address list at any time.

What if I am not pleased with my selection? Can I return the purchase?
As long as the purchase was made within the timeframe specified below and the item has not been used or worn, you may return your order. Simply include your name, address, phone number and a note describing the problem along with the items you are returning (please use the original shipping box and packing materials). Write the return authorization number RA 100 on the front of the package.

Merchandise purchased at full retail price and returned within 20 days from the ship date on your invoice will be credited in the original tender (credit card or online gift certificate), if accompanied by original invoice.

Do you sell your gift boxes?
Yes, we can pack small items in our attractive, round gift boxes, covered in tartan fabric (4.5 inches diameter and 2.5 inches high), if listed in your order. We will include your personalized message, if you like, as well as a receipt (excluding pricing information), for easy exchange.
