Purchasing
We accept Visa and MasterCard.  If you see an item of interest, complete the form supplied on the item’s page.  We will reply shortly to discuss availability of merchandise and timing of shipment.  This may require us to contact you by phone. We may need to verbally collect payment type and verify the billing address and zip code of the cardholder.  Purchases shipped within California are subject to 7.75% state tax.

Shipping
Jock McDuff uses USPS and UPS ground or air to ship merchandise. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Additional shipping charges may apply for express orders and for international orders.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Information
We hope you enjoy your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied with any item (excluding underwear and swimwear for obvious reasons), you may return it to us for exchange or credit card refund. 

Merchandise can be returned within 20 days of original purchase. Credit cards will be credited to original card number if merchandise is in same condition as sold and tags are still attached.
